The MrCool Advantage 12,000 BTU mini split is 19 SEER, and uses the environmentally-friendly refrigerant, R410a. Since this system is a heat pump, you can expect great cooling and heating performance. This system comes with a wall mount indoor air handler, outdoor condenser, 16 ft. of refrigerant lines, control wire, 6 ft. of condensate drain hose and a wireless remote control for an easy ductless mini split installation. Some features of this unit are : 16 ft. install kit includes: copper tubing, control wire, 6 ft. drain hose, wall sleeve. Sleep mode, louver position memory, gold fin anti-corrosion and auto restart functions.
